[News] PopSci.com on "Gateway Amiga"... | ANN.lu |
Posted on 24-Feb-2000 21:28 GMT by Christian Kemp | 16 comments View flat View list |
Gateway inside information or just a reporter stuck in a time loop? Popular Science reports the Amiga computer is set to make a comeback thanks to Gateway’s plan to introduce its Amiga Multimedia Convergence Computer. The article is indeed dated "February 2000", but the information contained seems to be many, many months old and long obsolete. Any comments?

[Motd] Just a short update... | ANN.lu |
Posted on 24-Feb-2000 21:06 GMT by Christian Kemp | 14 comments View flat View list |
Just a short update... I've been replying to emails for the last two hours, and still have plenty left. I hope to work on ANN's code over the weekend. As for doing updates at work, I received an informal warning that I'm surfing too much, so I'll have to be more careful. On an unrelated note, would anybody be willing to "donate" a modest amount of money and instead get a "pure" ANN, without any banner adverts, cookies or popup windows whatsoever? What do you think about this idea? Please respond in the comments section and if there is sufficient feedback I might start a poll on this.

Olaf Barthel has confirmed there is one so I did some studies and found it. :) Read more below.
