Gareth Knight wrote:
The Amiga Interactive Guide web site has been updated. Over 15Mb of new material, including an ST/Amiga Format & Amiga Format guide, every new Amiga-compatible device, and the history of PPC Amiga. It is over one year since Amiga Format closed. At its peak it sold over 180,000 issues a month, sinking to just 11,000 towards the end. Amiga Interactive Guide revisits its origins as ST/Amiga Format and its early struggle as as a single platform title. The latest site update also features several new Amiga DE devices, the year in perspective, DIY Amigas, and the history of Amiga PPC.

[News] Elbox answer on the 8MB memory windows bug. | ANN.lu |
Posted on 17-Mar-2001 13:40 GMT by Christophe Decanini | 3 comments View flat View list |
A week ago some rumours were flying around about a mediator bug ('vertical lines' trashing on the screen) found in the cards sold before the 13 december 2000. Elbox answered in a press release that it is not a bug but a feature (a hardware protection) that was removed after WOA2000 negotiations. They do not plan to change the chip that provides the hardware protection but they will provide a software which will enable to use the card without any problem Did some minor corrections to the article.

Good news: I checked the 3 docs on the DCE support page: There are in German (as quoted) but also in English ! G-REX pdf is 3MB.

It looks like Amiga.org is down again. It is the same error we had before concerning the "MySQL Connection Failed". I'am sure Wayne will fix this later in the day. Meanwhile, it was fixed, and here's their explanation.
