Um, they did just exactly that. That was the "dev" board run. (Except OS4
isn't pre-paid, it's pre-ordered. i.e., anyone who ordered one must buy
OS4 when it's done.)

They did just exactly that.

They didn't; they said that people could order the board and just admire it
if they really really wanted to.

But all of this just goes to show you ought to listen to what Eyetech are
actually saying, not people's "interpretation".... |
