*Major sigh of relief* After over one hour of hectic coding, I managed to fix the bug that would attribute a wrong comment to an article. Between approximately 19:30 and 20:45, I had managed to completely mess up the basic code, so that ANN was more or less down for that time. This is pretty much the only changement for pre-release 3, except a few HTML glitches I corrected in my lunchbreak already.

No. ANN is entirely dynamic and any given content can be updated at any time. So even if I were to download every data file to my local machine, there would
be a risk of later replacing an already updated file on the server.
Furthermore, I've found out that no matter how much you test, nothing can
beat real life experience. Even if that means an unexpected error that
transforms a planned five-minute fix into an hour-long debugging frenzy.
Besides, better to provide something on the server and be unaccessible for one
hour rather than to test locally for months and never show any progress reports
on the server, no?. :)
