The hot rumour at the moment is that Phase5 may be having some troubles. Some sources indicate that their website was just down for a while, other people say they are relocating and doing their inventory, while this thread on Moo Bunny mentions an "Phase5 is no more" message and later mentions Mick Tinker as having posted something about this subject on the Team Amiga mailing list, citing sources close to Phase5. Does anybody have any facts?

Phase5 rumors : Comment 10 of 11 | ANN.lu |

I don't follow the TAML, so I guess I was using the right words when I said
[the message on Moo Bunny] "mentions Mick Tinker as having posted something
about this subject". I don't think I could have said it more diplomatically
without knowing what exactly Mick wrote. Notice how I never said he gave a
positive or negative answer to the rumour, just that he did answer something.
