Posted by Dries P on 03-Apr-2000 22:00 GMT | Well the general problem with slashdot seems to be that they only wanna see it running on top of linux, which is an intermediate solution. When running on top of Linux Amie should be good, it should be really burning when running the Elate core as main OS.
The slash-dotters should read the doc on the TAO site before they start the 'well it's just another window manager' discussion.
I would like to see the new amiga with about 4 (or more) processors and running Elate, that would really be something !!
Grtz dries. |
