Hyperion software will port Soldier of Fortune to Amiga and Mac : Comment 18 of 66 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Chris Roccati on 11-Jun-2000 22:00 GMT | In reply to Comment 16 (Ben Hermans/Hyperion): |How do you plug in the PCI slots in a A4000? Simple, you remove the
|Zorro 3 daughtherboard and replace it with a new daugtherboard that
|has Z3 and PCI slots.
But the ZIII daughterboard is completely passive hardware -- the
connector on the motherboard already "speaks" ZIII! This means that
the Elbox PCI thing is just a ZII to PCI bridge... In the end, if
the A1200 adapter plugs in the CPU slot, the A4000 version will end up
in being slower than the A1200 one... |
