Hyperion software will port Soldier of Fortune to Amiga and Mac : Comment 51 of 66 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Oliver Esberger on 12-Jun-2000 22:00 GMT | In reply to Comment 43 (Chris Roccati): :I have probably missed the release of a PPC wordprocessor
Yes, obviously. I have bought a PPC wordprocessor just last week.
:or a PPC spreadsheet,
No, not really, but there aren't exactly many spreadsheets actively developed for the Amiga (=none!), so your 040 is obviously just as useless
:or a PPC version of ImageFX
Yep, seems you're missing a lot of things
:or LightWave...
As this piece of software is not being developed anymore for the Amiga (yes, not even for the mighty 68k), why not try Tornado3D (PPC), or Imagine (PPC), or Monzoom (PPC)?
:If you could point me to that I'd be very glad.
Glad I could save your day :-)
:And people ask why I'm no longer proud of being an amigan anymore...
Maybe because you're still using an ancient CPU that has disappeared out of other platforms ten years ago? That IS a bit embarassing, you know... BUT there is an advantage: Hyperion's new game won't run pathetic on your (mm, pathetic?) CPU, it won't run at all (so why are you whining?) |
