Iomega have added the Amiga to their support options. Although we sometimes
scorn Imomega for not having much (any?) Amiga support, if you go to
http://www.iomega.com/support/nav_keyword.html
you will see that the Amiga is now a supported OS.

Iomega Give Amiga Support Option : Comment 5 of 8 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Darrin on 12-Jun-2000 22:00 GMT | In reply to Comment 4 (Carl Butler): Just phone them back and say you're using it on a PC. If they can lie to you and blame the Amiga then feel free to lie back. I wouldn't take it too personally against the Amiga. I've contacted many different technical support offives for a variety of programs and half the time the moron on the end of the phone hasn't got a clue about his own product. PC tech support normally follows this pattern:
1. Press CTRL, ALT, DEL - did that fix it? No?
2. Switch your machine off and back on - did that fix it? No?
3. Ok, get your Master Restore disk... |
