Iomega have added the Amiga to their support options. Although we sometimes scorn Imomega for not having much (any?) Amiga support, if you go to http://www.iomega.com/support/nav_keyword.html you will see that the Amiga is now a supported OS.

Just phone them back and say you're using it on a PC. If they can lie to you and blame the Amiga then feel free to lie back. I wouldn't take it too personally against the Amiga. I've contacted many different technical support offives for a variety of programs and half the time the moron on the end of the phone hasn't got a clue about his own product. PC tech support normally follows this pattern:
1. Press CTRL, ALT, DEL - did that fix it? No?
2. Switch your machine off and back on - did that fix it? No?
3. Ok, get your Master Restore disk...
