Right from the start. Hyperion made a point in that their porting licenses
are "for any OS distributed under the Amiga brand, including but not limited
to OS 3.5" (quoting from memory here). This means they can do ports to Amiga
OS 3.5 as well as the new OS ("Ami"), which is what they intended, but cannot
do ports to e.g. MorphOS (because it´s not Amiga brand).
