nOM^ writes: Petro Tyschtschenko announces his retirement. In this farewell-letter he say's that Amiga Germany will close the end of this year. I hearby want to thank Petro for the commitment and work he did in the Amiga for all those year. Good luck in the future Petro!

ok, so we all know Amiga Deutschland did not do any actual R&D,
basically their job was to sell off Amiga's remaining stuff that was
left over from previous owners. They have finished their job and
now they are closing. It does not have anything to do with Amiga Inc's
operation and success. We all know that. The point is, people outside
the Amiga community (and maybe a few stupid Amigans) do NOT know that.
For them this news item says: Hey, Amiga pulls out of Europe's largest
market! This can't and won't be a good signal.
