Alien Design write: "The negotiation for the production of the REPULSE sound card is finished. Individual Computers, the company that brought you products like Catweasel and X-Surf, will produce and distribute the REPULSE. To start the production this year Individual Computers wants to have as much as possible pre-orders." The price for the card is around 250 Euros.

I remember seeing something like that too. I also remember seeing some text to the effect of the soundcard being a low cost solution, with no unneccessary fancy bits.
Seems like they couldn`t resist, and the feature list grew, and the price went up to match!
Shame really, I would have had one at 120 Euro`s(maybe even a bit more).
Why can`t amiga companies join forces to make low cost solutions instead of all this bandwagon jumping that goes on (eg..all the different zorro backplanes for 1200`s a year or so back, and now with all these different PCI backplanes!)
Come on, where`s the USB ports, IRDA adapters etc that should cost pennies to produce.
