In the latest case, the border between harmless joke and abuse/slander has clearly been crossed, and I have invoked abuse procedures. The ISP of the offending poster has been contacted, and I'm hoping they will take appropriate measures. Any future postings that fall under the same category (abuse/slander and/or impersonating some other person) will also yield the same reaction: removal of the offending posting without any further comment, contacting of the ISP, and if everything else fails, legal action. This clearly cannot continue. It wasn't just rumour mongering and "Amiga sucks" posts. Well done CK, the internet has no place for that kind of behaviour - people don't get away with it in real life, why should they on the net.
