Warp3D software render driver : Comment 64 of 158 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Ben Hermans/Hyperion on 20-Feb-2002 22:15 GMT | In reply to Comment 62 (Harald Frank): @Harald Frank:
>is really strange, Mr Sanjay Menon of Amiga and me had within last
>time very nice and usefull talkings about that.
You can have all the "talkings" you want, that's not what you claimed, you said that Amiga had told us or requested us that we should cooperate with you.
This is in fact not true and Sanjay will not contradict that.
Hyperion is entirely free to choose whatever subcontractors it wants and you're not on the list, sorry.
You disqualified yourself the day you called Petra Strück from Amiga-News.de and demanded that our OS 4 progress report be taken down immediately because it supposedly contained false and misleading information about Soundblaster Live drivers (yes, we will have them! Everybody: WE WILL HAVE EMU10K DRIVER SUPPORT IN OS 4).
>It should be in your own interrest to get in contact with them to discuss some >things that t seems you missed somewhere on your ppc will dominate the world
>trip. Ah, before i forget to say.. i already postet your comments
>here to Amiga also, just to be sure they are informed about what you
>doing.
My dear Harald, I already informed them ahead of you so no need to worry, I have nothing to hide.
Ah yes, BTW: I have NEVER received a single e-mail from you nor any phonecalls so when were any offers for cooperation made?
You do realise that I'm the managing partner of the company and that licensing issues would need to be discussed with me? |
