Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

OK. Say you wrote a fantastic 3d modelling program and made some money out of it and someone saw the source and wrote a new 3d modelling program completely compatible with your own, exact look and feel and exact semantics.
Do you think that the two events are coincidental?
In the eyes of the law evidence that the competitor had seen a copy of the source ( so long as YOU did it under NDA - in fact Im not sure thats even relevant ) would be sufficient for a cease and desist as well as a hefty fine and in the US lots of sponduliks. |
