Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

AmigaOS 4.0 on Pegasos : Comment 341 of 510 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Stefan Burström on 16-Apr-2002 11:26 GMT | In reply to Comment 321 (Alkis Tsapanidis): >Ehm, the 68k JiT emulator was done by Teemu Suikki, NOT laire...
Hehe, you answered the question yourself without actually knowing it...
And the answer was JiT...
There was an m68k emulator that emulated instructions on the fly in
the initial release of MorphOS. And I know who wrote that one...

Stefan
(Don't get me all wrong. I still consider myself as a good friend of Ralph
and I hope he agrees with me. I am just trying to clarify the facts that alot
of you seem to ignore. If the result of that is a lawsuit against bPlan or not
is not really my business. If I were protecting my rights, I would be equally
happy if people stood up for me and told people the real facts instead of
basing arguments on pure preference and dislike) |
