Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

Gee, i wonder why they made a law then?
>What is important is the customers choices!!! Let MorphOS go on the market, >let AmigaOS 4 go on the market and then let the customers choosing!!
While i agree that user choice is important, i also think the law is important

Userchoice is a good thing, but in this case that's not the issue, the issue is the legality of MOS, if MOS is ilegal, it won't see the light of day, if it's legal, then it will
>By doing this, this is teh customers that will be the judges, and I think they >are the only ones that can judge MorphOS or AmigaOS. A law court judge can't >decide in the place of the users.
That's not the case, if there's a lawsuit, it'll be to decide wether or not a crime has been committed. It's only logical that Ainc defends their trademarks/products/name/whatever
>Mr Hermans, do what you want, but this is my opinion. For me the only judges >in a such situation are the users.
The users can only judge wether or not a product is worth buying, you can't expect that John Doo will decide if it's legal or not
>If after that, you still think that you have to make this dictatorial action >and decide for the users that MorphOS is illegal and should not come to the >market then assume your opinion and start the lawsuit.
I believe it'll be Ainc that sues them, but that's not really important ;)

Won't happen, as AOS isn't his property, if Ainc decides to sue, they'll sue, if they decide otherwise, so be it, however, he's just as much entitled to an opinion as you & me
>- Second, declare officially that you sue the MorphOS Team and do it for real.

I think that if it was his choice he would have sued already, i think it's Ainc that's been holding back sofar, just my impression tho :)
