Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

AmigaOS 4.0 on Pegasos : Comment 389 of 510 | ANN.lu |
Posted by DaveW on 17-Apr-2002 09:15 GMT | In reply to Comment 387 (Anders Kjeldsen): That simple. You see it depends on your motivation.
I could happily live with AmigaForever or my classic Amiga in the interim to use
old applications but there will come a point where legacy binaries hold no interest for me.
My motivation is to help move the AmigaOS architectural concepts forward. AROS is the
only route left to those like me that have no wish to knowingly break the law and its a good
match to my desires for a cross platform Amiga-a-like operating system.
Back the real world of course,
My view is that I will not install MorphOS again until it reaches GA, given that
there is a legal hurdle before it can properly GA then IF it is proven in court that it
is NOT legal then I will NEVER install it. Given that AmigaOS4 will reach GA regardless
that will definately be on my system. Because that will more than likely be on my system
I will probably NEVER have the motivation to install MorphOS. My motivation to go the
MorphOS route that I had last year was pretty much deleted by the FUD campaign conducted
against Eyetech, Amiga Inc and Haage&Partner plus the
appearance of a trusted ( by me ) developer Hyperion at the reigns of AmigaOS4 development.
So you see at least ONE person has been turned off by the ugly tactics we see on ANN, Amiga-News.de and
Moobunny.
