Say who ? I thought it was already said: We do want to support the Pegasos board. It's firmly planned. Unfortunately, we haven't received a developer board yet, but if we ever get one, OS4 will run on the Pegasos.

AmigaOS 4.0 on Pegasos : Comment 458 of 510 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Anders Kjeldsen on 18-Apr-2002 05:28 GMT | In reply to Comment 456 (Samface): I don't blame the owners. Amiga, the name, hasn't been labeled on anything (unless Aminet Collecion 3.5 and 3.9) since early 90's. I think it's unfair that the accident owners of amiga-name should come back 10 years later and reclaim all rights to something that was released 10 years ago. How about if it was a 100 years? What if Morphos was made now, and then, a 100 years later, Amiga Inc could say: "You must stop all development of Morphos, because we're back".
It's like claiming to get your girlfriend back after being a couple of years in coma. To bad for her new boyfriend which has been seeing her for two years.
>furthermore you tell us it's Amiga that is trying to make money on >others >developments.
Yes, Amiga has changed during the last 10 years. And Amiga has don't NOTHING about it. Now they just give money to "anyone" who wants pay money for the amiga-name. Whereever there's money, they enter. I have a lot more respect for those who work hard for their products and visions. |
