Can you quote that specific state?
Is the specific state you are reffering to also valid in the EU or especially Germany (where a action would take place)? I ask because i think America has much stronger (and very different) trademark/hw&sw-patents rights then the EU.
Is, in your eyes, a MorphOS without using Amiga-Rom and AOS-parts but compatibility to most Amiga- or Amiga-based-System (68k/PPC) and a similar Workbench against the law? |
