Don't be silly. Claiming something is Beta does mean that you don't have
any responsibilities. If it was a limited beta released to a certain number
betatesters, you might be safe, but now we are talking about a public,
released thing. Calling it beta has nothing to do with it. Hey, the name
beta doesn't even mean anything in the sense of the law since the name
beta is just a note that means something to us developers. (Which most
users have learned now anyway since so many companies have the habit of
releaseing unfinished products as betas to end customers)
