management to identify progress and to allow early release to a limited pool of vendors and developers although this was supposed to be the LA.
It is now being misused to mean any old c**p that people want to throw out there to prove there is something in the works and to protect themselves from the resulting bug reports.
Calling it Beta may mean nothing in law which is why you have beta programmes and limited licensing. |
