AFUA visited Thendic-France : Comment 623 of 629 | ANN.lu |
Posted by gz on 29-Apr-2002 16:26 GMT | In reply to Comment 622 (Frodon): Frodon, let the guy be... People have been trying to tell him about the A/BOX and other technical issues in MOS for over 500 times in this thread.
Even Ben Hermans posted on this thread saying that the legal issue in MOS is not a technical one, but the "parasitic competition" that mos poses for aos4.
Still he insists saying that MOS is STEALING ROM's and that it's not an independent os project but a succeccor to AmigaOS etc...
He is NOT going to wan't to accept ANYTHING other than something with Amiga Inc. label on it. He has said so himself when he argued that pegasos is NOT a next-gen amiga but the amigaONE is. In reality both machines are technically as close to an amiga as a toaster is to a modern pc, so it must be just the Amiga label which makes the machine, not the hardware.
Legally pegasos is not a miggy, but technically neither is amigaONE.
(thank god as I HATE AGA! and 8bit sound)
Anyway he has shown that no matter the sky would fall he will insist in what he believes in and I don't think there is a living soul on this planet (other than Bill&Fleecy) who could change his mind. It's a waste of time and just consuming your fingers as you type, trying to present him facts. He will simply pretend he can't read or say that YOU can't read and continue with his same old...
Spare yourself from it while you still can, and enjoy the forthcoming summer :) |
