A new toolbar utility
- Uses MUI
- Transparent colors
- Bubble help
It was made in AREXX and RXMUI for graphic part.
You can modifiy everything (colors, aspect, etc.. from the Pixload contextual menu).

i tried it, and installer fucked up my user-startup by
replacing the ;Begin mui content with its own, so mui stuff
didn't start (miami didnt go online, so thank god i had a sys: backup
of how the mui assigns are)
