The Register : Amiganauts rave over Matrox G1000 : Comment 3 of 48 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Christophe Decanini on 10-May-2002 17:00 GMT | In reply to Comment 1 (Marcus Sundman): I have provided this news item not because of the (redundant) information but because:
* ANN comments have been reported in a major computer site:
It shows that The Register moderators are reading some Amiga sites ,that they did some research on Ben Hermans.
* It shows how these sites get their rumours:
I don't think that they checked with him before publishing. I don't think Ben wanted to share this "inside information" with the rest of the world like it was written on ANN.
* It shows that our little Amiga world is not closed to the whole world
As soon as you speak in the name of your company you have to be cautious with what you say. A little sentence that is pro/against someone/something can be the end of a commercial relationship.
* It may cause some positive/negative reactions
"What the Amiga is not dead ? It can run on PPC and use latest gfx card ?"
"What the ****, x86 is the best, these Amigans are idiots"
...
* I guess that some people reading ANN will think this interesting. |
