That looks like a Socket A heatsink on there. Even in a PC, thatd waste a few slots, so I imagine they'll be reducing the size of the heatsink.
I've always wondered why on earth they don't put the GPU and therefore the heatsink on the other side of the card. It makes a hell of a lot more sense given that heat rises.
AGP 8X support is interesting. There's currently only one chipset that supports it, and that's VIA's KT333A (I'm not even sure if thats been released yet).
Thing is, looking at the specs, this is gonna be one hell of an expensive card. Certainly not a card for every day users who don't require much 3D power. Matrox are gonna also have a tough time convincing people they're on par with nVidia and ATi, they've been silent too long.
