True.

Not true. Amiga Inc have no control or input into either AmigaOneG3 or AmigaOS4. Both projects are licensed from Amiga Inc so that they can use the Amiga brand and some IP, but neither will result in products that are owned by Amiga Inc., so you can't talk about "contracted out" development. AI have no financial investment in either of these products whatsoever, so they don't control the products themselves.
Amiga Inc *DO* have control over the scope of their licensing, so they can and will prohibit Hyperion from supporting bPlan hardware until the latter abandon their MorphOS project. |
