i noticed a new video on aminet:

the download is still in progress, but i'm sure it will finish to convince all amiga users thats the ppc amiga they are waiting since years is finally arrived

The developer boards do include the piracy-prevention ROM on them. They are *identical* to the boards that will ship to end users when OS4 is available.
So people who get them in the next week will be honestly abot to say that they own the full AmigaOneG3SE. Sure, no OS4 yet, so it won't be running as an Amiga, but that will come.
