i noticed a new video on aminet:

the download is still in progress, but i'm sure it will finish to convince all amiga users thats the ppc amiga they are waiting since years is finally arrived

Get real, Kronos. There are two different companies involved, since bPlan is a hardware company.
As for licensing terms requiring 'a look at the financial status' (is that idiotspeak for a recent balance sheet?) - well, what do you expect? If you license out your IP, you want to be sure you're not getting involved with some fly-by-night outfit or a company teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. It's your reputation too.
It is standard business procedure the world over to assure yourself of the financial stability of a future business partner. |
