i noticed a new video on aminet:

the download is still in progress, but i'm sure it will finish to convince all amiga users thats the ppc amiga they are waiting since years is finally arrived

No, legally it's two companies. Even if it's a Konzern somewhere, legally you've still got two *separate* legal entities.

Ye gods and little titans, how daft can you get? If they're linked by a license contract it's binding on both parties and there is no reason why there should be any legal battle.
