"This is a demo video of bPlan's Pegasos computer. The video has been created by Thendic-France to give an impression of how the machine runs."

the next ppc amiga : Comment 312 of 359 | ANN.lu |
Posted by anarchic_teapot on 20-May-2002 15:47 GMT | In reply to Comment 252 (Graham): Graham saith:
"And I wrote that if it is true that Mr Schmidt or anyone else at bPlan has seen the AmigaOS sources, then it will probably be reasonably trivial for AmigaInc to prove that MorphOS's A\Box includes work that was influenced by the sources. "
I'm not even sure they have to prove anything. If they've seen the source, then they're stymied. And no, I don't agree with Kronos's analysis that the trial would be in Germany under German law. MorphOS is freely available all over the globe. It's a very nasty situation to be in, I fear.
For crying out loud, swallow the pride, mein Herren, and negotiate seriously. It'll save so much pain in the long run. |
