"This is a demo video of bPlan's Pegasos computer. The video has been created by Thendic-France to give an impression of how the machine runs."

the next ppc amiga : Comment 314 of 359 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Kronos on 20-May-2002 16:00 GMT | In reply to Comment 312 (anarchic_teapot): MotphOS IS owned by bPlan.
bPlan GmbH is a german company.
Sueing (and winning) if the U.S. (for example) could
only make distrobution in the U.S. illegal as no rights
over things happening in Germany or anywhere else.
Sueing (and winning) in Germany would render MorphOS
completly illegal and therefore any further distrobution
wotldwide.
>If they're linked by a license contract it's binding
>on both parties and there is no reason why there
>should be any legal battle.
Well it was fleecy (and not me)who said this two issues
would be handled seperatly. |
