Pegasos presentation in 'neues' cancelled! : Comment 40 of 179 | ANN.lu |

Amiga has become a lot more than a trademark. If someone got the rights on the "word" PC.. Shouldn't companies be allowed to make software or hardware for the "PC" without a license anymore?
I think it's morally wrong for someone to claim rights for a MARKET that has been officially abondoned for 10 years. I don't understand why this community prefers a company that is ONLY interested in making money by selling the Amiga-name to ANYONE that's willing to pay for it. I do however, understand that someone WANTS to make money by selling the name.
I admire both Hyperion (except for any attempts to destroy the community) and the Morphos-team. They're acyually creating something for the community. Amiga Inc don't care, as long as they get the money. Any money at all. A little money here, a little money there. I understand them, but I strongly believe that they're NO GOOD for the platform. |
