I agree. But I would never compare this episode with our situation.
Do you know anything about the Microsoft "case"? (I don't know much, but I know a little) The government wants to split a company into 3(?) parts. Does that makes sense, really? Can they do that? Why can they do that? Would do they try to do it if it wasn't possible? The 9(?) states think that Microsoft is too BIG. Too big. Is that possible? I see a similar situation here. Amiga Inc has totally lost the control of the market. Of course, no-one should be able to use the NAME, "Amiga". No one should be allowed to use sources that are owned by Amiga. But the market, I think they should have NO ownership of that. The 9 states even wanted it to be possible for other companies to make THEIR versions of Windows. |
