Next Pegasos production sold out : Comment 103 of 280 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Amifan on 08-Jun-2002 12:33 GMT | In reply to Comment 33 (Alkis Tsapanidis): What should I try as an amiga user? Try running MorphOS and then drawing the conclusion that you can only run old amiga programs (up to 3.1) and no new Amaiga programs (for OS4 and beyond).
I smell a OS2/Warp situation here...
It was able to run MSDOS programs until MS came along with an new version of MSDOS (MSDOS 7) called windows....So if you want to run new MSDOS programs, then OS2/Warp was kinda useless.....
Now tell me Alkis, I want to be able to run new Amiga Programs programs and not some alien MorphOS binairy, then why should I try MorphOS in the first place anyway.
Are are you suggesting that I (as amiga user) should try another OS. Well in that case, rest asured that there are a lot of other OSes availble which are much more attractive.... |
