Next Pegasos production sold out : Comment 122 of 280 | ANN.lu |

Hi :)
>No email address...:(
Well there it is now...
>Anyway, read the post again. I ask Ben a question. How about...etc? If he is ready to be upfront so are we....
That's what I meant when I said "I sure hope you have a concent in ONE FORM OR ANOTHER before you post" If he's ready to be open enough to say it's ok, then GREAT :) Anyway I think he is just nitpicking words (maybe you both are) as it seems to me it's all about the same subject with different wording.
One thing makes me curious though... Ben is saying he knows exactly what they got and even in what form they were in (A4) yet he is uncertain of how many pages there were (2-3... Or perhaps even more!?!?) One would think he would know this if he so thoroughly has looked into them.
Anyway now Im acting like a pissy granny nitpicking everything so Im gonna stop right here. I don't want to or even can't point fingers at any party as I have no inside information and there is no way for me to verify what might be biased or untrue and whatnot.
>As to the legal issues and Ben and FUD -- everytime he says MorphOS is illegal that is FUD. >Do you want me to give you a few links? If he is so confident about his claims (are you reading this Ben?), he and Amiga Inc. can seek a legal remedy. If not, no more FUD!
WOW! Hold the phone... There is a misunderstanding here. I never mean't to say anything about who's spreading what. My point was to remain neutral (which still is my goal) I just mean't that it's best not to get involved in fud fights if that's what you think is the case here. Just as you said, if they got a problem which they wan't to prove... They can take it to court, which is the only place where things can be verified for both parties.
Anyway could also be that I misunderstood something :) wouldn't be the first time. I must stress that Im not accusing anyone of anything here. Just trying to cool things down so that this wouldn't blow up to be over 600+ post thread between hyperion and thendic with all sorts of accusations flying, leaving us ignorant ppl in the middle without a clue who's more right than the other.
At the end of the day it'll only harm the public image of both companies.
>I have to admit I am having fun today!
GREAT! I hope your day will remain fun :) |
