Next Pegasos production sold out : Comment 174 of 280 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Björn Hagström on 09-Jun-2002 09:24 GMT | In reply to Comment 172 (Johan Rönnblom): As I said:
"He was referring to Bill stating that Hyperion had recieved "sourcecodes". Ben interpretated this as Bill stating that Hyperion has recieved plain source code (as in C,asm listings or whatnot) which they have not recieved according to him."
I do not imply that what "sourcecodes" mean. Just what Ben interpretated it as.
Is it so impossible that Ben interpretated it as Bill stating that Hyperion had recieved source code (C, asm, whatnot) from Bills text? Whether Bill wanted to say that or not is irrelevant (And I don't care which). You wanted to know whan Ben was up to (And wanted to put the devil on his face it seems? Yes, note the question mark.), and I just tried to explain his point of view of what happened in this thread.
Does anyone of them have a hidden agenda? Well, that can be speculated until the sun explodes. I don't care much for peoples speculations on it, other than it is getting rather boring to read hot delivered peoples "theories" about it (not saying that you are such a person).
As whether a memory mapped register table is usefull totally depends on the description of them. A simple memory map of the registers are not enough to understand how to use them. Did Bill recieve such descriptions? I don't know. And I don't feel like specilation on it. Whether he did or not is irrelevand to what he posted in this thread. He percieved Bills message as if Bill had sent normal source code (C,Asm whatnot), which he states that they have not recieved. If they have or have not sent usefull information is irrelevant in relation to that.
