Back in the Real World, the one outside some windows in a Snoqualmie office complex, this is more commonly known as "competition for marketshare".
We, the "community" (i.e. current AmigaOS users) are not your property, Amiga Inc.
If you want our money you do what a company does to earn money - you offer a more attractive product than your competitors. Labelling competitors as an evil force working to "split" the "community" for shits and giggles is not the proper way to achieve that goal, neither are accusations of illegal conduct nor is trying to make a licensed trademark look valuable by telling threatening fairytales about "substandard" products.
