Sendo device to feature Amiga Anywhere content : Comment 42 of 50 | ANN.lu |
Posted by treke on 31-Jul-2002 06:18 GMT | In reply to Comment 26 (MIKE): Boy, you're seriously mislead. What do you think, what will Amiga do with $50 000 ? Its a one month salary of few SW developers. But, they have to give it back. This money is not theirs. And about the userbase. Let's say Amiga is still lucky and has 10000 customers, who are willing to spend money on the new product (I mean OS4, AmigaOne). Do you think it is a significant count ? Me not (but I'm in these 10000 ;) ). If Amiga content will ship ( via DE )on mobile phones or handhelds worldwide, expect that the profit from sales for the first day will be greater, than profit that our, event talented, but poor community can ever make. Sad, but this is our case (We need to enlarge our community, than we can discuss ;) ).
So I agree with Solar
