Morphos claims to be ready for legal action : Comment 65 of 155 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Nicolas Sallin on 03-Sep-2002 11:54 GMT | In reply to Comment 60 (Ben Hermans/Hyperion): No need to be a qualified lawyer with 9 years of studies to deny all
the wrong accusations of using stollen source code that you are
spreading everywhere.
You are a liar, mister Benjamin Hermans. A nasty liar.
Myself, I wait than you leave Amiga world or do public and
detailled excuses about everything you did on the subject.
When I explain you that OS4 basis couldn't be used for OS5 basis, you
reply that Hyperion isn't involved in OS5 ? Does it mean that you
don't care if you are using shortcommings ? Apple did it with
MacOS7PPC too. Then they lost a lot of years rebuilding a new OS base
later.
You have a feature-list for OS4 ? Congratulations.
Try to get something running as expected before announcing highlevel
components or showing 68k code. Or you will not last very long this
way.
You should add a DOS 64bits in your next announce BTW. |
