Welcome to business 101. Amiga wouldn't be the first company to do that sort of thing. Just look at DELL. They get Intel CPUs and other generic hardware and install Microsoft operating systems and sell it as their own. People could buy all the parts at home and build a better computer themselves but they see value added by DELL. Same goes for Amiga Inc. Sub contracting or repackaging is very common and from a business point of view can be a very smart thing to do. Amiga Inc has managed to get the ball rolling yet avoided taking all the risk. If that's not a brilliant business move I don't know what is.
