Amigart has put online an excerpt from a log of the ExecSG Kernel booting on both the AmigaOne G3 and G4.
Just click here to take a look at it.
Amigart has got a snapshot of the output log during the boot on a monitor, too.

OS4 kernel boot logs : Comment 78 of 88 | ANN.lu |

My issue is that when I propagate transactional and security context to
another task I use exec messaging and a pointer reference to the original memory
area containing the context for the task that I want to treat as an ACID
transaction. Other tasks register resources and other subordinate transactions
by manipulating the list in the pointer passed by value in the message ( e.g.
a backward reference to memory held in the parent node in the transaction tree ).
So long as pointers propagated by exec messages between exec tasks are still
valid then I can still support ACID transactions on AmigaOS. If not then
I have to go round the houses to set up a coordination mechanism. Yuck.
What developer list do I/can I join to prepare for OS4? |
