Mediator Expansion Continues: Mediator PCI 4000Di : Comment 7 of 20 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Some Farker on 06-Nov-2002 22:14 GMT | Well, it's a nice piece of "kit" (I think that's the correct British word I'm grasping for); pity no AGP slot, but all things considered not a bad little board at any rate. Let's see...Sound, network, video, USB+Firewire, ATA100 controller card...yeah, that'd make a good update for someone with a desktop 4000. Plus the Shark PPC card if/when that shows up.
Stick OS4 on there and you're movin' and groovin'.
Is/was the A4000's video slot on it's daughtercard? If so that might leave some Toaster4000 users out in the cold. |
