Letting the World Know : Comment 208 of 216 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Snaz on 21-Nov-2002 17:08 GMT | I think the biggest seller of all is games. If Amiga, could contract with ID to release the next biggest game for Amiga only and delay it on PC. The way Micro$oft contracted Bungie to make Halo for the X-Box only, even though they started on the PC.
It would make it sell. There is a HUGE following of ID, but if thye could find a company that is currently unknown making that next big game like Halo, and make it an Amiga only game, the Gamers would buy, it would get the press.
That is the only way they ever will make the sales. Once they have the sales, then the market will be open for companies to make apps, because they can already see the market. |
