SWAUG has a new Point Of View article on the website entitled "Are You
Receiving Me?".
It discusses the merits of Wireless Networking and how it could
benefit the Amiga in our home.

The article is their to highlight the technology and ask the wuestion
on why it hasn't been developed for the Amiga.

Access points typically have 10baseT Ethernet connections, so your theoretical maximum to the wire is still only 10 Mbps and client cards currently on the market only have one radio in them. That means half-duplex communications only so you can talk or listen with a radio, but not both. |
