1) MOS doesn't have Warp3D drivers, it uses Rave3D as its 3D engine, therefore
drivers are written for Rave3D.
2) The Warp3D layer is just a wrapper around Rave3D, and you don't need any
license to reimplement APIs.
3) Reverse engineering for the sake of compatibility is not illegal in the
European Community.
4) You cannot break a license of a product that you don't have.
5) Licenses are not above law. If law permits you something, a license cannot
forbid it.
