The show is over, but the work continues, which proves the success of the event. The fare team of individual Computers says thank you to all visitors and exhibitors who made the last weekend so successful.
Many pictures have already been published on the Amiga news sites, a complete coverage of the fare will be published in the next issue of the German Amiga-Magazin.
Our Congratulations go to bplan GmbH and Chris Hodges, who recieved the Amiga Award 2002 for their Pegasos mainboard, and the Poseidon USB stack, respectively.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone again at the next event of this kind!

In reply to Comment 4 (Troels E):
As you will note from another thread current on ANN these challenges are becoming known. For the record, we did make sure the Teron/A1 was at the Show and we did demonstrate the problem to anyone that inquired directly to us. We ask that the two that were there were brought. We wanted interested parties to be able to make a comparison.

What disturbed us before the Show and drove us to make the public statements we did, was that we had been so closely aligned with TerraSoft. TerraSoft was our partner. Their announcement hailing the sale of the Teron just three days before the launch of the Pegasos was more than a double-cross. You may recall that we featured YDL on our website for months. TerraSoft had a Pegasos from June until September. We understood that Mai would continue to sell the Teron board to whoever wanted to distribute it, but we did not think that others would try to sell it before the problems were solved.

Here are a couple of predictions:

1. We do not have a problem with Mai. will continue to work with Mai. Whatever has been posted here, you have not seen anything from them contradicting this.

2. You will continue to hear about more difficulties with the Teron/A1 until there is a hardware fix like April or the April goes on the board. Software patches will work, but this will not bring the board's performance to an acceptable consumer level.

Please refer to the original post if you have any questions.

Again, our hat is off to Jens. Thanks for organizing a great event.

Sincerely,

Raquel and Bill

P.S. We had a large conference room at the Quellenhof on 7-8 December and hosted a number of meetings simultaneously during the Amiga+Retro Show. Many people who attended the Show visited this room. From here we conducted strategic sales efforts, planned technical development activities, and organized marketing plans. We also held a party there for our Team there Saturday night. We had plenty of champagne there to celebrate with and a great time was had by all.
