Sendo today confirmed that it has filed a suit against Microsoft in a US federal suit, accusing the software giant of stealing its technology and customers. --The Register

You can't legislate morality. Law and justice, when in proper form, have nothing to do with morality. The proper role for the US Federal courts in this case is to make sure that protection of patent and property rights as chartered in the US Constitution are upheld. This article in the Register is missing every crucial fact needed in order to make this determination.
I find Sendo's decision to do business with Microsoft to be questionable in the first place.
