Itix: It's text mode thingy, only.. Apparently similar to many current Bios:es. IMHO calling it GUI is quite misleading ans ounds more marketting speech than engineers word. Ok, it has user interace ans it uses colours and graphics characters but it's far from what people these days associate to word GUI.
