Tulip Computers (Netherlands), owner of the brand name "Commodore" on about to sell games for the 6 millions of C64 computers still used in the world (for the emulators also???) and to prevent any other organizations to use the name "Commodore"! As seen on PCWord

It does not affect Amiga. Amiga has not been Commodore since 1995 when Escom bought it. Eg. My A1200 is Escom Amiga, not Commodere even if original A1200 was designed by Commodore.

And why you could not call Amiga just an Amiga and not "xyz Amiga"
